1. Duplicate your base. Filter > Blur > Gaussian blur. Radius: 1px. Set to Soft light 100%.

2. New Curves layer.
RGB:
first dot: inuput 92, output 96
second dot: input 211, output 210

Red:
first dot: input 173, output 191

Blue:
first dot: input 151, output 159

3. New Color Balance layer.
Midtones: -23, -17, +14
Shadows: -25, +14, +28
Highlights: -11, +5, +2

4. New Channel Mixer layer.
Red: +104, 0, -2, +4
Green: -2, +102, 0, 0

5. New Hue/Saturation layer.
Master: 0, -43, 0

6. Add this texture, set to Lighten 100%.

7. Add this brush by aethreality.net in 8C50A6 at 60% opacity & erase any parts over her face. Or just set this texture to darken. Tada! You're done :D
